"When my husband and I were expecting our second child we soon realized that our 750 sq foot house was too small for the four of us. Since we had worked with Eric Kistka on a previous refinance and had such a great experience, we gave him a call. Eric not only helped us figure out how to get a larger home, he went above and beyond when we found the home we wanted. He kept in touch with us, our realtor, and the listing agent to make sure everyone was on the same page.

When the house was denied by USDA Eric worked on our behalf with the listing agent to get the owners to make the changes that would cause USDA to accept the loan. They made the changes needed at THEIR expense thanks to Eric. Both our agent and the listing agent said they have never worked with such an amazing loan officer before and I can say neither have we. He worked so hard to get us into our dream house, I can honestly say any other loan officer would have given up after just a few weeks. Eric stayed with it all for seven months (even though the home was NOT a foreclosure or short sale) and he kept us informed of everything on an almost daily basis.
